Because EEG biofeedback uses all combinations of what is essential for working of man´s mind. One of these things is strenousness, constant activity, hunger for impulzes and learning. And the second one is laziness, effort to give up problem and to relax. That means that our brain likes to learn how to lighten solving of problem, speed it up and make it more funny, if we show it how to do it.

After how long do the results appear?
As in every learning process also in EEG biofeedback training results remarked in succesive steps after some time. Mostly the first progress appears after first ten sessions, by younger children and serious cases after twenty sessions. By adults who don‘t suffer any serious disabilities the progress is marked after the first few sessions. In case the training isn’t good for someone and their problem isn’t applicable, trained terapeut will let them know.
